Advanced among air bags

Nissan’s Advanced Air Bag System includes dual-stage front air bags that adjust their inflation rate depending on impact severity and seat belt usage. For example, if the front passenger seat is empty, a sensor automatically deactivates that air bag. In addition, Murano’s side-impact air bags are built into the front seatbacks, so they move with you as you adjust your seat to get comfortable. Above you, roof-mounted curtain side-impact supplemental air bags help protect all outboard passengers.
