	For further passive safety, the Nissan vehicles have been designed with a rigid passenger safety cell, reinforced B-pillars and body sills, as well as anti-intrusion beams in the front and rear doors. Use of high-strength steel in key structural portions of the body assembly enhances structural rigidity.
